Terms of service

Alembic IP accepts requirements for datacenter, ISP, rotating residential and bandwidth-based proxy services. A request is an inquiry, not confirmation that capacity is available or a commitment to supply service.

Before purchase, your quote must confirm the product, country or region, allocation, price, service duration or traffic validity, supported protocols, delivery timeframe and any usage restrictions. Unlimited traffic means unmetered volume within the agreed bandwidth and service term; it does not mean unlimited speed or permission to violate the acceptable use policy.

Initial purchases are one-time orders with no automatic renewal. Orders are provisioned manually after verified payment. Payment confirmation does not by itself indicate that connection credentials have been delivered. Service activation and expiration are confirmed with delivery.

The private order link allows access to order information and invoices. Keep it confidential. You are responsible for the confidentiality of delivered credentials and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and the rights of others.

Seller identity, support contact and applicable purchase terms will be supplied before checkout is made available. Payment processor terms shown at checkout also apply. Nothing in these policies excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy notice

When you request a quote or place an order, we store your email address, selected product, requested allocation, region, notes, order status and timestamps. We use this information to review your request, contact you about it, deliver service and maintain payment records.

The website stores recent private order links in your browser so that you can return to your orders without an account. You can remove these links by clearing this website's browser storage. Private links contain access credentials and should not be posted publicly.

Our hosting and network delivery providers process connection information to serve and protect this website. An IP hash is retained for up to an hour in application rate-limit records. Server or network-provider logs may also record access information.

When checkout becomes available, payment details are entered with the payment processor; our application does not collect or store full card details. The processor provides transaction identifiers, status, totals and invoice access. Order and payment records are retained as necessary for fulfillment, support and applicable accounting obligations.

Use the contact supplied with your quote to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to legally required retention. Your inquiry is not a subscription to marketing communications.

Refund policy

Submitting a quote request is free. There is no payment to refund at that stage.

Before paying, review the quoted delivery timeframe, allocation and service term. If a paid service cannot be supplied as agreed, contact the support contact shown on your order or quote to request resolution or a refund. For access problems or an incorrect allocation, provide your order reference and a description of the issue; do not share passwords in public channels.

Any restrictions related to consumed traffic or elapsed service time must be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable consumer law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. Posting times depend on the processor and the payer's financial institution.

Acceptable use policy

Use the service only for lawful and authorized activities, including legitimate testing, research and accessing content you are permitted to access.

Do not use the service for unauthorized access, credential theft or credential stuffing, phishing, malware, spam, denial-of-service attacks, payment fraud, harassment, exploitation, illegal content or infringement of another party's rights. Do not circumvent legal restrictions or use the service to conceal unlawful activity.

You must hold the permissions required for your intended use and comply with relevant laws and applicable third-party terms. Abuse may result in restrictions or suspension while the matter is investigated. A traffic allowance or an unlimited plan does not override these restrictions.
